Things at Grams Mini Donuts have been fairly quiet since our Black Friday weekend. Winter arrived and brought cold temps, wind and rain. We are not yet self-contained, so getting out in the cold is not exactly fun, but when you add the wind and rain, it becomes downright dangerous.
Soooo.... we have been laying low and using our thinking caps to come up with some new flavors and fundraising ideas. I have been chatting online with a sweet lady from Tulsa who, along with her husband, has purchased a donut machine. We have been sharing ideas and experiences and out of this new-found friendship, Grams Donut Pops were born! Mini donuts dipped in white or dark chocolate then covered in all sorts of cool toppings. Oreo, Butterfinger, candy sprinkles, pretzels (just to name a few). We can't wait to get these delicious little morsels out to all of our mini donut fans.
I will be making up some Donut Pop Bouquets for Valentines Day and hope to have some pics posted of those by the end of the weekend. These will make great unique gifts for your special valentine!
